At Reinforced Beds, we want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy-duty furniture; if your order isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Ensure all components are placed back into their original packaging, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled or modified.
Arrange Collection
Once authorized, we will coordinate a specialized courier to collect the heavy-duty items from your address at a scheduled time.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
